CCRD Cover – GPS protective cover for trolleys
With today’s technology we can see where certain products, people or services are located at all times, through the use of global positioning systems. This also applies to pooling companies that send their load carriers all over the world. Tosca ltd send their trolleys all over the world and asked us to make a cover to protect the GPS tracker.
As load carriers, the trolleys can be exposed to considerable impact due to handling and must therefore be resistant to damage. A GPS tracker is a vulnerable device and must therefore be well protected.
Orange Plastics, in collaboration with the customer, finalised the design and then manufactured the aluminium mould used to make the PE covers. Featuring a logo and name on the top of the product, it fits seamlessly into the trolley for optimum protection.
