Whether you choose aluminum or steel injection molds, we have the expertise and resources to meet your needs. Our engineers design the molds down to the smallest detail, paying attention to important aspects such as the sprue point, the ejectors and the finish of the cavities. Everything is discussed with you in advance.
The molded parts of our steel molds are made from S50C steel and our aluminum molds are equipped with P-20 aluminum. We have several milling and sparking machines that can make the molded parts of your mold with the utmost precision. Accurate to the tenth of a millimeter!
Warranty and maintenance
We keep your molds in top condition, so that your production always runs smoothly. Before and after use, we carefully inspect the molds and lubricate them to prevent corrosion. Some of our molds can even handle up to a million shots.
