Recently, our Orange Plastics team has made a valuable contribution to the latest developments in gaming.
In collaboration with the experts at XP Masters, they designed and produced new thumb grips. Polypropylene (PP) forms the basis for the XP Pro thumb grips and Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) are used for the finish.
The combination of these materials ensures that the thumb grips remain firmly attached to the console and that they feel very comfortable and provide users with a good grip while gaming. This is in contrast to other providers.
Nine levels have been set up, with three different heights and thus a different sensitivity during play. From easy (with low grip) to difficult (with high grip) for both the novice gamer and the pros.
In addition to the significant cost savings that Orange Plastics was able to offer on this colorful project, the entire production process during the packaging phase also had a socially responsible impact.
